Account Director, Spotlight Communications
Caroline Bondy is a Senior Account Manager at Spotlight Communications, bringing legal rigour, editorial judgement and commercial insight to luxury travel and hospitality PR campaigns.
After beginning her career in New York as a paralegal at an elite, global corporate law firm, Caroline qualified as a solicitor in London. After big-ticket deals and corporate intensity, work spanning media law and even death-penalty defence felt far closer to who she is.
She later made a deliberate decision to step away from private practice to focus on family life, including a period in Los Angeles, while staying professionally active through school governance and fundraising. Caroline served on the steering committee for one of the UK’s first free schools and became a founder trustee of the West London Free School, while also building a published writing career with bylines in The Times, The Spectator and the Daily Mail. That mix of governance experience, editorial credibility and an increasing pull towards travel ultimately led her into PR.
Legal brain. Editorial instincts. Commercial impact.
Seeing a booking traced directly to a piece of coverage Spotlight secured, proof that careful work really does move the needle.
When something drifts too far before anyone calls time on it.
Honesty as the foundation of every strong relationship, and the idea that clarity always beats spin.
Silence. Say no, push back, be demanding if needed, just don’t disappear.
