The road to Spotlight
Lucy moved into global travel communications at CUT Communications, building the global PR engine behind the International Luxury Travel Market. Years at the centre of the travel media ecosystem followed, before she took the reins at Spotlight Communications in London, the luxury travel PR agency — first as Managing Director and, since 2024, as CEO and owner. Today, she leads the agency with a focus on long-term visibility, editorial credibility and relationships that outlast campaigns.
