Spotlight Communications was briefed to launch Satori to an international audience, highlighting its origins in both luxury and nature. The strategy embraced Satori’s heritage and unique bespoke offering, including Michelin-starred chefs and spa therapists brought onboard from Borgo Santo Pietro.
Spotlight developed an international media strategy to ensure the launch was covered exclusively by key luxury publications in the US, UK and Europe. The integrated campaign connected the brand to its desired audience, a global network of high net worth individuals.
Spotlight introduced Satori to luxury travel and lifestyle media as well as influential travel trade outlets. In addition to promoting key story themes and arranging media stay reviews, the PR campaign was bolstered by trade show support. Target key markets included the US, UK and Europe.
Results of the media campaign included a double page spread in Departures magazine, the cover and double page spread in LUXX Report (The Times), Condé Nast Traveler, Boat International, Ultratravel (The Telegraph), House & Gardens and Robb Report, all of which the owners felt underpinned Satori’s ‘sell-out’ summer season the following year.
